Accredited Customer Service Representative

Demonstrate your commitment to excellence in customer service and professionalism by earning the
Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation. 
 
 
The ACSR program:
  •  Three courses of study
    • Personal Lines
    • Commercial Lines
    • Life & Health 
  • Completion of any of the three tracks, their respective exams, and The Institutes Ethics approved course leads to the ACSR designation
  • Students may choose the designation line most appropriate for their needs, or they may choose to complete all three
  • ACSR courses and exams can be completed by attending classes and/or via self-study
 
Personal Lines Designation Modules
Completion of the designation of the personal line involves studying the modules and passing the national exams for three personal lines technical modules (1, 2,3) and two core modules (4 and 5)

Module 1 - Homeowners Insurance
Module 2 - Personal Automobile Insurance
Module 3 - Personal Lines Related Coverage


Commercial Lines Designation Modules
Completion of the designation of the commercial line involves studying the modules and passing the national exams for four commercial lines technical modules (6, 7, 8, 9) and two core modules (4 and 5).

Module 6 - Commercial Property Insurance
Module 7 - Commercial Liability Insurance
Module 8 - Commercial Auto Insurance
Module 9 - Commercial Lines Related Coverages


Core Modules
For students wanting to earn more than one ACSR designation, core modules need to be completed only once
