What is it?
The Apprenticeship Program is a registered and approved program with the US Department of Labor. The Big I New Hampshire is the sponsor of the program. The program is designed to bring in new employees to our member agencies that will be fully trained in the entry-level CSR position (a General Insurance Associate).

What is the Big I NH's goal with this program?
Our goal is the create life-long insurance employees for our member agencies. We have noticed the difficulty to hire employees with the proper insurance credentials. We will provide them with the insurance education that they will need to become a successful employee in our industry.
