Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter

Meet the changes and challenges of a demanding risk management and insurance marketplace with confidence and professionalism—earn the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. 

 The CPCU program:
  • Two courses of study
    • Personal Lines
    • Commercial Lines
  • Completion of either track, the five foundation courses, one elective, their respective exams and The Institutes Ethics approved course leads to the CPCU designation
  • CPCU courses can be completed by attending classes
  • CPCU exams are administered by outside testing centers

*If you passed the old CPCU 510 previous to or during the Jan-Mar 2011 exam window,
